What to Do If Google Ads Doesn’t Refund Click Fraud Losses

23.05.2025 44

Google Ads promises to automatically filter invalid clicks and refund fraudulent ones. But in reality, many advertisers report that:

  • refunds are partial—or don’t happen at all;
  • Google offers vague explanations;
  • fraudulent IPs keep seeing your ads;
  • support says to “wait a few days.”

So what should you do?

  1. Track your own data. Use AntiClick to monitor suspicious sessions and IPs.
  2. Document everything. Save logs, screenshots, and timestamps.
  3. Contact support with clear evidence. Detailed reports increase your chances.
  4. Block access yourself via manual/IP API. Don’t wait on Google.
  5. Invest in preventive tools. It’s better to avoid fraud than chase refunds.
